  • The item must be returned in the original packaging with tags, manuals, accessories, and invoices (if applicable)
  • The return request must be made within 4 DAYS of receiving the order

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital/downloadable products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Return Request Process

Approved returns must be shipped back within 5 DAYS after return approval.

Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
